Terms of Service for LRA One Portal

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using LRA One Portal, you agree to these terms. You must be at least an employee in LRA to create an account.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.

3. Your Content

• Ownership: You own what you post.

• License: By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform so other users can see it.

• Liability: You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or post hate speech.

• Post illegal or sexually explicit content.

• Use the platform for spam, viruses, or unauthorized data scraping.

• Impersonate others or provide false information.

5. Our Rights

• We may remove content that we deem harmful or in violation of these terms at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

• We are not responsible for user-generated content or any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
